Thousands of people all over the world are dying, resources are critically stretched, and even freedom is starting to shrink because people are told to stay indoors because of today’s health crisis. Covid-19 Pandemic has hit people hard, and individuals from all walks of life felt all its wide-ranging and devastating effects.

With all the chaos brought about by COVID-19, the beneficial role of arts amidst this pandemic is highly evident. Art is one great thing, especially now that individuals stay at home in compliance to the required coronavirus confinement. But even in tough circumstances and challenging times like these, arts often helped a lot in easing pain, boredom, frustration, anxiety, hopelessness, and depression that many people feel.   

So, how can art really help you during this COVID 19 pandemic? There are actually many ways it can help, such as:
