Those needing a ride from/to the airport should notify Rosalie by
emailing Rosalie@bknights.org or by calling (303)777-1937
NO LATER THAN 3pm ON WEDNESDAY, April 25, 2012. Please
provide airline/bus name, departure city, flight/bus number, arrival and
departure time, your email address and cell phone number. If you require
transportation back to the airport only, please let Roaslie know.
Should you need to call the driver directly (regarding changes to your
arrival plans, late flight, cancellations, etc.) contact Transportation
Coordinator Gregory Andersen at (303)886-9787, Volunteer Coordinator
Darrell Griffin at (719)648-3138.
Pick up at DIA will be at Door 404 in the West Terminal. Please be
curbside at your designated pick up time as the van is not allowed to park
unless loading passengers.
If you have scheduled your return flight for anytime on Saturday, April 28,
2012, or Sunday, April 29, 2012, before 6:00 p.m., you will be driven to
the airport two hours before your scheduled departure time.
